EArise ensures that all data systems and computer equipment are sufficiently protected with appropriate technical methods, including access control to physical premises, firewalls, passwords, personal user IDs and personnel security training. EArise sets high importance on the confidentiality of its customers and the users of its services. We carry out appropriate technical and organizational actions to protect personal data from accidental or illegal loss, disclosure, misuse, modification, deletion or unauthorized access.


Marketing data are kept as long as and to the extent necessary and allowed according to legislation in relation with the original or compatible purposes of collecting these personal data. The personal data will mainly be stored no longer than two (2) years from the last active transaction between you and as.


Personal link to the data entry forms using our services which you may use to enter personal data, only works for a limited time and will expire soon after the measuring. The Internet connection from the web interface to EArise or contractors is protected with encryption (SSL).


Personal data are kept as long as you use our services. We usually keep them up to 18 months after the end of our professional relation, so that you can access again to them or renew contract with us and want to get back your history.


In the same way, reports we produce along with our services are kept 18 months, in case you would like to access to them again, even though you no longer pay for our services.


Personal data may not be transferred outside EArise or its subcontractors, who store the data, in a manner enabling the data to be identified, except in the following exceptional circumstances: if required by any ruling of a governmental or regulatory authority, court, or by mandatory law; or if it is otherwise necessary for the purposes of preventing, or investigating, any breach of law, user terms or good practices or to protect the rights of EArise or a third party.


You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing. In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information. Such an inspection is granted free-of-charge once a year; The requests are handled within 6 weeks from the date they were made.


You have the right to request the erasure of his/her personal data from the data file providing that they are no more needed for the purpose they were collected for or that there are no legal obligations in effect regarding the processing or storing them. You can request to restrict the use of his/her personal data or oppose the use of his/her personal data for e.g. direct marketing and relating profiling, too.
